Our Approach to Safety

Our walks are non-clinical, low-pressure wellbeing spaces held within clear safeguarding and emotional safety boundaries.

Facilitators aim to create welcoming and respectful environments where people can participate in ways that feel comfortable for them.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • signpost people towards additional support
  • work alongside trusted community partners
  • respond to safeguarding concerns responsibly and proportionately

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We are committed to creating spaces that are:

  • welcoming
  • inclusive
  • accessible
  • respectful of difference

Participation is open regardless of:

  • age
  • disability
  • ethnicity
  • gender identity
  • sexuality
  • faith
  • neurodivergence
  • health status
  • background or circumstance

We recognise that inclusion is ongoing work and continue learning from the experiences of the communities we walk alongside.

Privacy & GDPR

We minimise data collection wherever possible.

Participation in walks is never dependent on disclosure of personal information, and we aim to respect privacy while maintaining safe and responsible practice.

Any information shared with us is handled carefully and in line with GDPR principles.
